MMAJunkie.com today reported that Nate Diaz has just signed a four fight deal with the UFC. Diaz is scheduled to face Marcus Davis on the first televised bout of Aug. 28's UFC 118 in Boston at the TD Garden, sports arena.
Diaz is coming off a victory over Rory Markham, who he stopped by first-round TKO.
Brock Lesnar survived a pounding in round one, to submit Shane Carwin and take "submission of the night" award. Before he could start his celebration, UFC president Dana White confirmed during the post fight interview that Cain Velasquez will try to finish the job that Carwin started.
