Cesar Gracie Trained Fighter Nate Diaz Signs New Four-Fight Deal With UFC

MMAJunkie.com today reported that Nate Diaz has just signed a four fight deal with the UFC. Diaz is scheduled to face Marcus Davis on the first televised bout of Aug. 28's UFC 118 in Boston at the TD Garden,  sports arena.

Diaz is coming off a victory over Rory Markham, who he stopped by first-round TKO.

Fresh off this UFC 116 submission victory of Yoshihiro Akiyama, an excited Chris Leben calls out Wanderlei Silva:

"It's never happened before. Nobody has fought this close together in the UFC and I won them both. It's just a reflection of the support group, the team I have around me. This is crazy, I mean Wanderlei Silva got hurt, I stepped in and I fought one of the toughest guys in the world. I'm just so excited. The fact of the matter is I just beat Wanderlei Silva's opponent. I think I should have him next. I think they should put us both on the (TUF) show, let us battle it out on the show, then put us in the cage and let us battle it out there."

Former Ultimate Fighters Stephan Bonnar will finally get a chance to settle the score with Krzysztof Soszynski when the two light heavyweights collide in a rematch at UFC 116: "Lesnar vs. Carwin," which is scheduled for July 3 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

"The American Psycho" blames referee John Sharp for missing an inadvertent headbutt that busted him open in the third round of their 205-pound war, causing Bonnar to leak all over himself, Soszynski and the better part of the Octagon floor.
